Frank McLoughlin Co-operative Homes consists of 60 townhouse units.

It is located at the N.E. corner of McLaughlin Rd. and Steeles Avenue in the south end of Brampton. It is close to a post office, doctors offices pharmacies and Shoppers World. Grocery stores are within walking distance and Sheridan College is right across the street.

Each unit is gas heated, with central air conditioning. Laundry hook ups are installed. There is parking for 2 vehicles, one in the garage and one on the driveway. A Rogers Cable, VIP Digital package is included in the price, with 3 digital boxes.

The co-op offers a safe community environment with a new playground. Benches and picnic tables are positioned around the park, for parents to sit and watch their children.
